Hey, my name's Pete. I'm the youngest of 4 children from Reading, MA just north of Boston off Rt. 93. I attended the University of Virginia where I majored in English before medical school at Ohio State. I've always been an avid athlete, pretty much up for playing and competing at any given sport. I'm particularly interested in baseball, cycling, cooking, yard sales, skateboarding, and grocery shopping. If I had to bring 3 CD's to a deserted island for the rest of my life, I'd bring along Muse "Origin of Symmetry", Ray Lamontagen's "Trouble", and of course "The Best of the Grateful Dead."  I'm also a sucker for television, with Mad Men and Friday Night Lights leading the way on my DVR. As for movies, Silence of the Lambs and What About Bob are my two favorites.

I've been riding my Indy Fab steel road bike for about 4 or 5 years. It's blue, custom-built and painted (by my sister), and beautiful. I can't wait to put it to the test as we take off across America next year!
