R4WH understands that applicants may have little or no experience in cycling or endurance training.

However, are you willing to train so that you're able to bike across the country? Yes No

Each year, the National Team Riders are committed to a certain fundraising goal. In the past, this has been $2500 per rider, which is due at the beginning of the Ride. This fundraising supports both the yearly R4WH beneficiary, as well as the logistical costs of supporting each rider across the country. In the past, with support and materials from R4WH, riders have been able to meet this goal with ease.

Each year, the Ride takes place in April and May over approximately 50-55 days. The success of the Ride is dependent on participation of the team from start to finish.
