2008 Presidential Candidates: Healthcare Issues and Reform
Ride for World Health seeks to improve the health of all people. As such, Ride for World Health advocates for changes within our national and global approach to healthcare and healthcare access so that all individuals have appropriate care, regardless of age, race, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, pregnancy, disability, medical condition, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, or status as a veteran or disabled veteran.

Whereas R4WH believes that these changes are intrinsically linked to the political process, R4WH has no political affiliation and does not explicitly support or endorse any specific candidate or political party or association. R4WH offers this information in an alphabetical, objective and accessible format so that voters can more aptly engage themselves in the political process and make informed decisions regarding their votes.

While this information is intended to be an accurate summary, it does not necessarily reflect the entirety of each politician's perspective on healthcare issues and reform.
